专业、负责是我校教师的最大特色。学校拥有一支责任心强、业务能力过硬的专职教师队伍。专职教师要求英语专业本科以上学历，并经教务处严格培训后上岗。专职教师的责任感比“赶场窜将”的老师强的多，不管是上课或是课外时间，只要是学员有问题，都可以及时打电话或到我校，与他们进行交流。每期课程中途，我校都会进行针对教学的问卷调查，及时获取学员的意见和建议。通过以前的调查，学院对我校年轻的专业教师评价为认真负责、实际教学能力强。同时，我校常年邀请外国专家和高校资深名师等在我校教务处的严格考核，要求具备教学经验，并提供相应教案以供审核，避免了一般外教教学中极易出现的松散性和随意性，确保了我校一贯坚持的“高质量教师培训高水平人才”的原则。中外教育专家联袂，严格管理中突出对学生素质与技能培养。

Teacher staff
Being professional and responsible is typical of our teachers.
We have a group of responsible and competent full-time teachers;
any candidate to be a teacher in Bluniverse must have at least
bachelor degree majored in English, there is still a special
course of training for newcomers, before they get to work. We
follow a strict and responsible teaching code both in and out
of class, students are encouraged to call or visit for any problems
and evaluation forms are regularly handed out to gain |
| first hand knowledge
about on going in class. Generally the teachers almost always
receive the positive reinforcements for the responsibility and
efficiency showed in work. In the Meanwhile, we invite foreign
experts and excellent teachers from universities and colleges
as our visiting professors, which make our teaching colorful
and flexible academically. At the same time for all the visiting
professors we also insist on the work of evaluation and the
presentation of the corresponding teaching plan and teaching
materials lest there should arise any common carelessness in
work to ensure the consistency of our policy: high teaching
quality produces the best students. |
